Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the booking time.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure they were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The supply of services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any services that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
